Two Mountains is ******** poor people their hard earned money

I am now convinced that Two Mountains is a ****, they are ******** the poor people out there. My siblings submitted the claim on the 24th of January where they were told by the Hazyview branch that it'll take 7 to 14 days for the payment to be done. I went to their Midrand offices on Wednesday the 15th of February to follow up on the claims, their consultant told me that the fault is with their finance department which is promising to make the payment by the 21st of February between 15:00pm and 17:00pm which never happened. There was another lady who was at their office for a claim she submitted on the 06th of January, she was there for the second time to follow up on the lies they told her. I will go to the ********' offices tomorrow Wednesday the 22nd to follow up and will provide feedback for the people of south Africa to know about these ********. Their staff also told me that there were people who were there to follow up on claims from September and December.
