two mountains is not reliable

don't do business with two mountains if you want peace of mind, i took policy 2020 June , December 2021 i notice it's no longer deducting , then i called two mountains to find out why they not deducting i got shock of my life they told me my policy was moved from two mountains to Hollard without notifying me . I was told to call Hollard and find out from them why they are not deducting again. I got shocked when I was told that the policy is not moved to them because it lapsed on august 2021 . I asked the consultant who was assisting me how possible is that because you have been deducting until September 2021 when you decide to move my policy to Hollard on the 1st of October 2021. trust no one wants to take accountability when i call two mountains they say call Hollard same when i call Hollard they say i must call two mountains . I have a bank statement to prove that before all these movements they have been debiting my account. I have already sent it to the complaint department of Hollard as proof.
