Two Mountains Is A ****?

I am writing this on behalf of my mother. Guys Two Mountains is genuine ****, my Uncle passed away is June this year - my Mom had covered him under her policy. Since she has been waiting for her funds to be processed from June to-date.

The whole reason for this policies is that the monies can help you to prepare for funeral arrangements. But with Two Mountains it is a different ball game. Thier service is terrible, whenever my Mom goes to thier offices in Pretoria - they keep loading R199.99 airtime for her.

I am not too sure what game are they playing but it is not a nice. Please pay my Mom her monies - she has been paying you guys on monthly basis without missing a single premium. When we buried my Granny everything went well, what is your issue now?
