Two Mountains is a ****! 😔 👿 😡

Yesterday I got a call from Two Mountains agent - whom placed me on hold for the longest time, in an effort to resolve my query I wrote a review about.

Dear Two Mountains, you are a ****. Please take a good introspection of yourselves as a business unit. The reviews on this platform about your business are just ridiculous. You put people through tough times when they are in tough times already, you have no sense of empathy at all. Yesterday I saw more than 2 reviews on this platform with the same issue as ours.

This makes one question your business ethics, business moral and integrity as a unit. Perhaps one needs to take you guys to TV or Ombusdmans offices. To expose you for a ***** you are. Two Mountains, you toy with peoples emotions. You are cruel, evil and pathetic to say the list 😠 😡 what you have put us through as a family is totally unexplainable, I am prepared to make loudest noise until this matter is heard by the society out there.

I NEED A SENIOR PERSON OR EVEN THE CEO OF TWO MOUNTAINS TO CONTACT. Not some call center agent who does not have answers to my questions.
