Two mountains horrible service

Two mountains is such a terrible annoying funeral parlor I have never seen in my my entire life, I have been paying they via debit order since 2016 , now they don’t want to pay me the claim I made to bury my mother in law, it’s been 2 weeks already since my mother in law passed on but they don’t want to give me money to bury my mother in law, I had to borrow money elsewhere to bury my mother in law, when I go to their offices they send from pillar to post, they even tell me to call their head office as they cannot do anything on their side, but when I joined their policy I did in here in Tzaneen now they tell me about head office which I don’t even know, funny part of it the debit order went through again on the 20th if this month , it’s for them to debit my account but to pay my claim it’s a problem, Two mountains is just a ****, please guys don’t join that company, it doesn’t care about anyone but to enrich them selves
