Two Mountains Funeral does not pay claims

We had to carry the whole burial cost for our loved one even though "We have a funeral policy" with Two Mountains, the main reason why we took the policy is to cover the funeral costs. When is was time to claim we were informed by the staff at Lebowakgomo branch that the claim will not be paid immediately meaning we had to carry the whole cost of the funeral.

We had to make means to cover the cost of the funeral, I then submitted a claim on the 21st of December 2023 to date the claim has not been paid.

This goes against what the company claim to do, which is help people when they are at their lowest. No one called to explain or provide clarity on the next step. This is totally disappointing especially because as a family we had to make means out of our own pockets to burry our loved one.
