Two Mountains failed us

Two Mountains was our "underwriter" as Naledi Funeral Parlour for about 8 months. They recently terminated our "verbal" contract with them this month for reasons we do not understand. They gave us a premium of R140.00 for each policy that we have and we have paid all our premiums without fail. We worked so well with them until the beginning of the month of April. That is when they started short paying our clients and processing claims late. Some claims we had to wait for a week to two weeks for them to pay when they promised us that their claims would only take about 48 hours. They started sending our claims to the risk department and never gave us feedback. One of our clients was supposed to receive a cash payout of R20 000 but they only paid R8300. Our clients now think our Funeral Parlour is a **** because of Two Mountains. We recently submitted a claim for one of the clients who's application we sent on the 14th of June 2022, they told us that they had not captured anyone we sent after the meeting we had with them (two Mountains) on the 22nd of June. Our arguement is that we sent those applications before the meeting and we also sent them the client's proof of cover for them to wave the waiting period as they promised they would and as per their terms and conditions. We are now forced to find a new underwriter for our Funeral Parlour which means that all our clients including those that were no longer on waiting period will now have to be on a waiting period of 6 months again. Please help us.
