Two mountains ******

Exactly I don't see 0 rate was going to give them 0, My mom passed away on the 5th June 2023 ,she had a funeral long years ago,it happened she couldn't pay premium for December and November but she paid on 4th January. remember they have 60 days grace period. One of two-day mountains consultant changes my mom contact details that she must not get massages and that time she was not feeling well. On March they ropped my mom because she was too old.their consultant make her to sign new contract. They refused to pay for the funeral without even give a reason, nothing in written showing why the didn't give service for old women. I lodged complaints they going back and forward. Always when I do follow up they ask same thing
