Two mountain running a ****

I have been a loyal client with 2 mountain insurance, I made a claim on the 6th of November, I was told I will be paid within 48hrs then it changes to 7-14 working days, till we buried the deseas I had to go take out loans to cover the short falls, I called the insurance company even got the number for one of the management team to assist me with the pay out in order to pay back the loans, 2 mountain has put me in debt and have me so much grief, it has been a full month trying to get a pay out, can some one resolve this issue asap
