The service is very bad

I took a policy months ago paying R240 for 4 members now they debited my account amount of R800 without concern with almost 150% increase how possible is this

How about those who joined this plan paying using grant money they get from government it means they have lost .

If they fill like the plan is not benefiting then let them not affect us who have been having this plan and affect the new client .

If two mountain what a fight they will get legal one with the Regulatory Board
