Traumatizing

This business has no compassion at all, they insist that the deceased should be stripped naked as they cannot collect a body with clothes on, even in death someone's parent is still their parent, aunt or cousin Two Mountains does not care about the trauma they are subjecting families to neither do they have any regard and respect for culture. What happens if death has occurred in a family where the deceased is of the opposite gender to the rest of the family members? This is disrespect on another level. Shame on you!
