terrible service

my mother join two mountains when they were still under Hollard and they were all moved to Two mountain because they wanted not to be part of Hollard life cover. she had a claim that was supposed to be paid out in January they only gave her the R100 airtime and they always tell her that they are working on her claim, i even went to a point of contacting Midrand offices but they are useless they will only direct you to another branch , when i demand to talk to their Supervisor they always say she is busy with another client. their service is terrible, the numbers that is listed on the webpage are not working
