Table mountain not to be trusted

I am very disappointed with the service from table mountain funeral insurance,I have been a loyal client with them for the passed 10yrs and all my family members including relatives are covered on the policy, I recently lost one of my family members and I went to claim on the 30th of October they said they will pay within 48hrs but there's was no payment I went back they said within 4days day its the 25th of November still no payment table mountain is unfair and has brought a lot grief to the family
