Service in its worst form. Its a **** do not sign up

I've never experienced such a terrible service in my life. The worst ever. Promised to be paid within 48 hours. Three weeks later after numerous follow-ups I am told the claim is still with Finance Department and the Finance unit could not confirn when the claim will be processed and paid. Any reputable company should have turnaround times. Dealing with the lost of your loved one and having to deal with the poorest of services.
