I had this policy for a year .. my premium was R343.11 it's myself ,my parents, my husband's parents, son and husband on it.. ok and that was the amount we agreed on hence I took the package, everything was fine until TODAY when we woke up to a debit order of R723.11 ,I've been on the phone all morning so I got hold of a young lady and this was her explanation: So the premium prices has increased due to company realized that they were under charging so therefore it doesn't make financial sense for them and it'll affect them in the long run so the R343.11 was a promotional package.. it was news to my ears cause i was not informed, So now solution is I either pay the R723.11 or I remove my parents or in-laws or I forfeit my money if I cancel.

So the was a drastic change in the price that was not disclosed prior to joining the policy and apparently sms's were sent out in November as if it would have made a difference...my level of frustration right now is on another level..

I feel so ****MED to think this was my first policy and my husband was also considering joining it as well.. I feel like they are used to doing this to people and they know that most will just let it go but I refuse to let it go .. so I hope to get this matter resolved ..I know I'm not the only one that this has happened too nor will I be the last but you most certainly lost a client.
