Two mountains is a **** and am very sad and frustrated with this service I lost my mother on the 28 October went to do my claim with them and on the 8November received a sms to confirm my claim is being processed to this day I have not received my claim pay out.My question is that why I was not told of the waiting period of claiming that I will not get my money within 48hours .why should I wait for days I have debts to pay now people want their money.This is making my grieving too hard. Even the video that is making rounds on tiktok make it hard to believe that I will even get paid because alot of people are complaining about them .
