Ridiculous policy price increase

Talk about ******** people. I have been with Two Mountains for more than 24 months and for the past 6 months i was on their Silver plan package paying a monthly premium of R380 which included 3 extended Family members. I was shocked to see a deductions of R865 for January 2023. After holding for 32 minutes i finally got through to their call centre and was referred to an SMS link dated November 2022 informing me of such an increase that now regards my parents as extended family yet they were covered in the initial contract. This is a pure **** and feel that Two Mountains is not operating in good faith. I have since cancelled and reversed the funds as such an increase was never made mention in my contract but im told it's a policy re pricing!!!
