Refund of advance premium made in error

@two mountains pay me money... you keep making excuses that you can refund me .. this is my money that I work hard for .. I have delt with other service providers and they gladly refunded me my money.. worse part your consultant Ortaile, confirmed telephonically that you will refund the money I paid in error to your company..I'm taking this to oumbads.. I can't be running around for my money you are taking advantage of me .. Refund my money
