Price review

I've joined Two Mountains over 16 months, took a cover that included my mom and father in law this was included on my package and had 1 extended family member. I was paying a premium of R280 pm, later increased to R293.11. Dec 2022, I received a call from a lady who told me that my premium will now be R1028.11. She wanted me to authorise the deduction and I was not comfortable with giving my details telephonically. I did not believe what she was telling me, I tried calling their help line but I was reffered to the letter that was sent in Nov. I have requested my initial contract but only sent the one with a new price and thy never responded to my follow up email. It looks more of a ****
