Policy taken without my consent

on the 21 of July 2015, i went to two Mountains branch in Randburg, after one of the reps come to my work place in randburg to do presantion then, after then i made an appointment to open the policy with them, on the 08th of July 2021 i receive and sms starting that Hollard's relationship with two mountains will come to end and , then i called two mountains to get clarity i was told that i must not worry, Two mountains is now underwriting themself, to my surprice Two montains's october debit order did not go through as usual when i call i was told that hollard has taken over my policy, under whose authority, reffering to POPI ACT, my personal information was given to Hollard without my consent, i dont have any policy with Hollard
