Policy number TU206443 - Complaint about my policy number which lapsed before due date.
Good day
Please note that when I've joined your Burial societ,we had an agreement that I'll only be able to pay during sassa dates( children's grant) however yesterday (07/01/2026) i got an sms stating that my policy TU206443 lapsed. Sassa date is 08/1/2026 but my policy lapsed yesterday(07/01/2026) I don't understand how come my policy lapsed a day before sassa (childrens grant)because my due is on the sassa (childrens grant)08/01/2026
Kind regards Glenda Tsandeni ***

16 Jan 2026, 09:13Good day Two Mountains
Is been 6 days now complained about my Policy which was elapsed due to your mistakes of mixing my payment dates and nothing happened as yet, instead I just received an sms that my policy number has been changed because I now have to wait for 6 months before I can claim.
I don't understand why are you too quick to do what benefits you instead of what benefits your customers.
My complain was simply. " My policy was elapsed yet my payment date was not due"
what's so difficult to resolve this matter?
