Policy Amendments and increases without notifying clients at all.TU

I've joined the company on the 30th may 2022 ,as a policy holder for a funeral cover and also added my mother and sister together with with my family.The company doesn't have any form of communication at all with me as a client. They changed terms of contract without notifying clients please advice me how to deal with the matter
