Policy a **** and refusing to pay.

Good Day. Two Mountains has not paid out my policy for my nephews’ funeral since he passed on the 30th of August 2023, whereas I claimed on the 2nd week of September 2023, yet Two Mountains supposedly pays out within 48 hours of claiming. My claim was denied due to the autopsy doctors stamp on the Notice of Death form/document not being clear, yet my other funeral policies with Capitec and FNB paid out with the usage of the same Notice of Death form/document (and stamp on it) being used. They didn't pay out the claim and I couldn't give my nephew, who was like a son to me, the send off he deserved. Today is the 17th of January 2024 and they still haven't paid out. I have been sent from pillar to post, even writing an affidavit to prove this, swearing under oath that this is true. I personally wouldn't recommend Two mountains to anyone as a send off is the last goodbye and I wouldn't want anyone going through what we had to go through as a family. We will be cancelling our policies as soon as you do pay out because I supported you as a business but you couldn't support me as your client at the time I needed you the most.
