OVER 100% INCREASE IN PREMIUM

My husband received a call from two mountains informing him that our insurance premium will increase with more than 100%. I emailed their complaints department disputing the increase but to date no one has made contact with us. Today the debit order of the new premium has gone off without our consent. I am very disappointed and demand all premiums paid back as they falsely sold us a product, they are in bridge of their contract with us. I demand a call from you asap otherwise I'm taking the matter to the Ombuds of Long-term Insurance.
