Non payment on Claims

Guys seriously im not happy and im not going to continue paying my premiums .because since i lodged a claim in February 2023 to date still no payment ,no means of communication ,no respond o emails ,no correspondence from the finance office,no clear explanation on calls .two mountains is a **** guys if you where thinking of joining them runaway you will be ****med like me its not even funny ive used so much money trying to get some answers from them they will tell you about finance office even their consultant Josephine from Polokwane office is ***********.Their claim office is also a night mare.every time you query they will tell about 7-10 working days which will lapse with no correspondence.
