No service

Hello Peter, I have 3 policies with Two Mountains, and In Jan I received an sms that says my policies has lapsed. I tried to call them, left messages and still no feedback on what the issue is as my account had funds for them to deduct. I think this is a ****. I have had these policies for past 2 years and this never happened. Their phones never gets picked at all.
