No respect for policy holders

My grieving aunt has asked me to share the following on her behalf.

My name is Mahlodi Malebye .I am a policy holder at two mountain ,my daughter passed away on the 15 June 2021 and she was my dependent , I took her to two mountain but on my surprise ,her in-law s,they went to the parlour and they told them to delete me ,not to communicate to me. I went to ask them who is the policy holder, and I told them, when ever they come to the parlour they come to with me, but after that they went behind me and tell the in laws that, what I said and they allowed them to bring the clothes .where is your policy secrecy, They have destroyed peoples lives.
