misleading a client/wrong inception date of policy

I spoke to Nelisiwe Valentine Nkosi on the 17 of Sep 2020 when i signed up for the policy i reitterated that the policy must start debiting on the 26 of October 2020 because i had my reasons,she also emphasized that ir will start on the agreed date but all of a sudden money was debited from my account on the 28th of Sep 2020,i am very disap****ted with the level of service your agents offer to the clients maybe she was chasing commission by misleading a client which is wrong,i want you to cancel a debit order because surely i cannot trust you with my account otherwise i will cancel your policy and do business with another company that can be trusted.
