*********** and Unprofessional Service Provider

Two Mountains went and changed the agreement we had when taking out the policy with them. The premiums were increased by a whooping R400 more, from paying R240 to R640 without any engagement or anything. The explanation is not satisfactory. I personally feel that Two Mountains have no respect for their customers.

I lost my cousin on the 21st of December 2022, my mother has insured my cousin. till today she still has not received her pay out. Incompetency at it's very best. Pathetic.
