Improper decision
I have been a client for Two Mountains for many years, I joined the policy to them, from some months back I have been receiving SMS that says my policy is moved to Hollard, I have never joined policy with Hollard, I sent a message to Two mountains to express my unhappiness, they promised that one of their consultants will contact me but until today they never called me. I told them that I am not going to accept to be moved to Hollard while I joined two mountains. If they don't want to listen to my concern then they will have to pay me back all the premiums that I paid to them then I will look for another funeral policy.

07 Oct 2021, 15:13HI, the relationship between Hollard and Two Mountains has ended, as Two Mountains has obtained their own Micro-insurance license recently.
Effective 1st of June 2021 all-new Two Mountains policies will be underwritten by Two Mountains Underwriters. There will be No waiting period if you take up a new Two Mountains policy, provided you are currently insured, and your policy is up to date.
