HORRIBLE POLICY THEY DONT SERVICE CLIENTS OR STICK TO THEIR OWN POLICY . TOTAL DISREGARD FOR PPR

if there was a no star rating i would give it. I logged my claim with two mointains on 19 Sept 2022 and its still not paid. I tried escalating complaints and when i call, they just said say "its the lady who sends emails"to and terminate the call. Its not a good company to take out a funeral insurance with. Its almost 3 months and they have not paid out
