Funeral claim complaint

I made a funeral claim on the 30th of August 2023 in Acornhoek branch and my claim was approved on the the 09 of September 2023. But even today I haven't received anything from Two mountains its been 3 months now. I've been calling the useless call center which you are lucky if someone answers your call and they have been telling me that my claim has been approved on the 09 September 2023 and their finance department will send me proof of payment dates via sms. I'm tired of calling and talking to useless people who can't help me.
