Debit
Am not happy with my payment arrangements, i used to pay R240 until i did changes in my policy which resulted in 730, i thought this will be a one deduction but have been getting different debits and now i received a message saying my account is in arrears, how i never skipped a payment, am so upset and want an answer ASAP whoever assisted me messed my account and that need to be sorted
