Claims payouts take forever
Hi Two Mountains,
Please can you check on my claim that i made on 06/03/2023 as per your Polokwane branch pay out takes 7 working days , I have emailed your claims department but no one has bothered to get back to me regarding my claim. Policy number :TU171414
You guys needs to get your house in order as this is totally unacceptable we are opening policies so that they can assist us with burials not get the payout after the burial.
Also what kind of a claims department that does not have a direct line how are we supposed to follow up on our claims if we cant reach you guys!!

26 Jun 2023, 14:494 months later still no one has called to explain why the payouts are not being processed,also the audacity of your call centre agents for telling us lies that money will be paid Friday every time we call in.you had a good thing going on and you just had to destroy it by gambling with our money and you clearly don't care about our loss.
