My mother passed away in Early September 2022. She had a policy with two mountains, she trusted two mountains that would assist burying her with dignity. 3 months later they are still giving us the run around. We had to take loans to bury her. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone even if your desperate don’t do it. There staff are rude and give mediocre service but when it comes to collecting money suddenly. They want to be professional. I’m annoyed, not sure if we should be mourning or stressed about the loans we took. I doubt they would want the same service they give to their clients.
