Claim unpaid till to date

I have a funeral cover with Two mountains which I put a claim through on the 15th March 2023 which i am still waiting for payment even today. I have been calling to find out about the status of my claim and I was told that it is still under processing which will take 14 day, i waited for that 14 day. After 14 days I started calling again and I was told the claim has now been approved on the 02 April 2023 and I asked when will it be paid, unfortunately the consultants are now allowed to give more info yet if you want answers you advised to email ***, which I have been doing and no one is responding, I tried emailing info as well is the same no response. We take funeral covers so we can send our loved ones with peace but yet you wait for almost two months just for pay-out.

this is a **** and its unacceptable, its impossible to speak to relevant people yet consultant are always available but cannot help when it comes to claims. if you looking to join them, please save yourselves trouble. many thank
