Claim payment

Two Mountains what a useless company. I made loans to pay for the funeral I am still waiting for the claim to be paid. I had to sent out email each day requesting any update on the payment I was told they have a backlog of claims that they need to pay I will be paid the next week still today I am waiting for the payment.
