Claim not submitted by employee that went on leave!!!

I don't even know where to begin. As a loyal paying clients for 2years having to claim for deaths with this company is ridiculous. No one knows their job or anything about claim submission. Iv been sent to rissik due to systems down. I have been waiting 2 weeks on 2 claims with no feedback. I went to one of the branches to find out what's the hold up, I get told my claims weren't submitted and the lady Petunia is on leave...who takes leave before submitting their work, no one knows about my policies. I am dismally disappointed with Hollard and Two Mountains.
