claim not proceed passed 48hrs
I have been waiting for my claim since Thursday 14 July 2022, why say it will be paid within 48hrs meanwhile its not the case. Their call centre you will hold for over 15minutes to be told that it's in progress or their manager is in a meeting the unprofessionalism.
