Claim not paid

Imagine making a claim in June to bury a loved one and being told that they have a backlog. How’s that my problem because I’ve been paying the premiums without fail? We in August now and still no payment has been made. Maybe it’s high time Is try the Ombudsman because what the hell is this?😡😡😡
