CLAIM NOT HONOURED - TU04219

Utterly disappointed with Two mountains. I had a claim dated July 2023 but as of the 29th December 2023, my claim is still not honoured. I've sent numerous emails and calls but there's no feedback with regards to the paydate. Your service has really deteriorated and the image you have built from the past 20 years is gone, in a blink of an eye. This is not the 24-48hrs payout TAT we were promised. It's sad that 2024 will be a year of non-payment too. Fix your house before you lose me as a client
