Cancellation request

my name is. Alca jade Bronwyn joko I contacted you guys a few months ago wen I was ****med into making a policy at Eersteriver mall by one of ur representatives saying it was a birthday promotion giving aways vouchers , that never happened..... I contacted you guys, spoke to a consultant and everything.... Thought I sorted it out .. but I received a notification now saying that their was a debit order from u guys , a withdrawal of r350 that I did not authorize. . I would like to know how and wen the order can be reversed because I did not confirm anything and still have the messages of the. Policy cancellation request on my fone ... I would like my money to be reversed back into my account immediately please
