Bad service rendered

On the 18th October 2020,two mountains polokwane buried my husband and the driver after the funeral told me that the gravemarker will be delivered during the week.it was never delivered till today, complaint several times without success. I am truly disappointed, how could you put a widow in so much stress.they can't proof it was delivered yet they claim it was.
