Bad claiming service

Ever since claimed 2 weeks back even today no funds the funeral has passed. We paying funeral covers to avoid borrowing money.. I'm in debts as we speak .. unprofessional service.. all the way from Rustenburg just to drop all the documents needed to avoid being told that they are not correct..how does one go to the branch and still not getting any help still.. useless service and unprofessional.not reliable at all .. time like funeral u get to a branch u claim u get money to burry your loved ones.. this company don't deserve to be operating at all..
