*********** and rude consultants

I took out a policy in May 2022, the started by debiting an amount we did not agree upon. I called them to ask why are they debiting a lesser amount to what was agreed on they did bot have an answer but fixed it fine. Now their debit order mandate was cancelled because i get paid on the 25th and it was on a Saturday i dont know what happened there but they couldn't debit, i called them to arrange a payment, later same day they called me wanting to arrange a policy because the one i had with them lapsed i asked when i made a cash payment the consultants always dont have correct answers i bet they do not go for induction even, Two Mountain is one annoying and *********** Company, i regret joining them.
