Am heart broken by the services a person receives

I am very disappointed in this policy I put in the claim on the 20th of October 2022. I still haven't received the money, yet they don't respond to emails or when you do get hold of them, they tell you about how their claims team is in meetings and that they will get back to you, but they never do my policy is up to date I wish I knew. I am advising that if you are using their services, you cancel because wow at the end of the day you going to end up in a lot of debts.
