So I called the customer service help line and it says "I am reaching them out of office hours, the work Monday to Friday & Saturday they work up until 13:00 but the mail voice massage is full I can't leave a message" even their option 1 to report a deceased is not reachable.

What a poor customer service 😠. I went to their Midrand offices to inquire a voice on the other side from one of the staff I could clear hear telling the security that "we don't work over weekend I must come back Monday" the nurve to address me via a third party staff while I am frustrated.

Two mountains you really are not giving a service with standards, you only care about money anything else doesn't matter to you even your what's up line there is no response.
