Twk Communications - Cancel my service when I enquire on why they changed my contract

After asking yesterday why my prepaid package upload speed was halved as well as other changes to the package data, I got a notification of cancellation of my service from TWK Communications. Please stay away from this company. No notice was given about changes and if you want to be left stranded with no internet or VOIP as they please, do not use them
