TWK anybody out there?

I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription for months now. Every time I send an email goving 30 days notice I’m met by a server saying that I’m in a virtual queue? After which I never hear feom them again.

All I’m trying to say is that it’s ****py service.

Maybe LCOM might be friendlier and more customer centered ?
