Worst customer service and experience

I ordered a camera from Twaddle on the 26th of February and wanted it to be delivered by the 4th of March. I communicated with them and advised them of this request. They had said they will try their best. I communicated with them during that week just to know that my order will be delivered on the 4th of March, I was assured that its on track for delivery on the 4th by 5.30pm. I finish work at 4pm. I stayed at work till 5.30pm only for no delivery to be made and no communication to let me know that they wont be delivering. Queried with them and the delivery was rescheduled for the 9th of March by 5pm - yet again they have disappointed me, no delivery was made and nothing was communicated to me. I have to be the one to follow up all the time. My order is rescheduled yet again for today, 11/03/2022, shipping information was supposed to have been sent to me but nothing has been received yet, just like the previous 2 times. If you are running a business, please learn to communicate with your customer's and keep them informed during the process. You say 5-7 working days for delivery on your website, I am now on my 10th working day. It doesn't take that long to deliver to Durban.
